Sun Stroke Sauce 150ml

Sun Stroke Sauce is 40.5% fresh chillies (yellow Carolina Reapers, Yellow Moruga and yellow 7 Pot)

Apple cider vinegar made with our apples has been infused with freshly harvested lemon grass, makrut lime leaf and bay leaf to add a delicious layer of flavour to the end sauce.

The end sauce reminds me of South East Asian dishes and is bright in flavour and colour.

In making this sauce I wanted to try and capture the same flavours as our Solar Flare Seasoning chilli powder so used the same yellow chillies and herbs.
