Silent Assassin was introduced in 2019 and quickly sold out. Each batch is matured for before it is ready to warm taste buds. It is made with a rich base of Black Boy Peaches & red plums. The heat is generated by Carolina Reaper Chillies. At first you think there is no heat and then it slowly builds with each taste.

Supply is limiteed by how much fruit our Black Boy Peach trees produce each season.

We have this sauce with everything!. Great with pork, venison, cheese, salmon, veges, BBQ etc
