Sweet mandarin flavour up front followed by a wicked blast of super hot chilli.

Base is tomato/ rocotto/mandarin with apple and crabapple. Fresh chillies used are 1/4 Reapers, 1/4 yellow moruga, 1/4 7 pot & 1/4 mixed superhots (BBM, habanero, naga peach, devils tongue, scotch bonnet etc) plus a good dollop of dried habanero. Some fresh basil, garlic & powdered ginger round out the flavour. A very thick and tasty sauce.

Chillies, mandarin, tomato, basil, apple, crabapple all sustainably grown by us. (hopefully next season garlic will be grown by us too )
