Fitzroy Apricots (bred in New Plymouth, New Zealand) brewed into a magnificent rich, fruity sauce. Heat is provided by a little bit of Cayenne a big bit of Habanero and a little bit of Ghost chillies.

We have tried, or customers have tried, with beef, pork, mutton, chicken, fish, cheese, icecream, as a dipping sauce.

An amazing all-rounder.
