If you are after spicy heat this is the sauce for you. Dark Magic sauce has an intense heat from fresh Chocolate 7 pot, fresh Yaki Blue & dried Carolina Reaper with our black garlic, chocolate capsicum, a dash of balsamic vinegar and a bit of golden syrup for some sweetness etc combine to create a sauce that has the deep burn of chocolate chilli matched with real depth of flavour.

NB. This batch of Dark Magic Sauce uses BBM Chillies instead of Chocolate 7 Pot Chillies. The burn is very real but not as intense. Hopefully the weather will play nice and I will be back to using Chocolate 7 pots soon.
