Apples from our orchard combined with Aji Amarillo Chillies - so the sauce is yellow.
The perfect family friendly sauce when you want flavour and the gentlest chilli heat.
A match made in heaven for pork. I use as a salad dressing. You could even use as a dessert sauce.
This is only a small trial batch so won’t last long. Then I will have to wait for the next crop of apples and chillies.
